LINK digital strives to use only processors within the European Union. Employees of our company have access to your personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned.
We use service providers who support us in processing personal data as part of our business purposes and communications. These are, in particular, service providers for IT and network operations, mail processing, document/data carrier destruction, archiving, and agencies/service providers for (corporate) communications. The lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before the withdrawal remains unaffected. Deletion of personal data is only possible if there is no other legal basis for processing.
